How to file a complaint in our store?

The Client may file a complaint in one of the following ways:

  • Electronically, using our complaint form available on the website
  • By e-mail, by sending the application directly to the following address: zamowienia@colorstories.pl

In the complaint, please provide:

  • Order number
  • a description of the defect or non-conformity of the goods with the contract (and the date of its notice),
  • the preferred method of handling the complaint (e.g. replacement, repair, return, price reduction),
  • contact details to contact you about the complaint.

We will respond to your complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt.
