By placing an order in our store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason and return the purchased products within 14 calendar days.
After receiving the withdrawal information from you and the returned product, we will refund the payment immediately – no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the return package.
For orders paid on delivery, the funds will be transferred to the bank account number indicated on the return form.

How do I make a return?

1. Fill out the online return form available on our website
2. Prepare the shipment with the product for return.
3. Write down the order number on the package or on the attached piece of paper – this will help us identify the return faster. There is no need to attach a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Send the package with any carrier or via Poczta Polska directly to the indicated return address.
